This recipe was in my latest issue of Chatelaine Magazine. I've been looking for a good bean burger recipe and so far, this is my favorite. I followed the exact recipe...it has a lemony taste. I topped it with melted marble cheese. I also made it open-face with whole-wheat English Muffins. For a change, next time I make them, I will add different spices such as chiptole, pepper, smokey paprika, etc. to give it more of a bbq burger taste. They're nice and healthy. I made whole-wheat couscous as a side dish and added corn and olives to it...along with olive oil and spices.
