Chocolate Cottage Cheese Pie

I made this recipe using pure cocoa instead of carob.  I also used black sesame seeds.  It's so good.  It's hard to believe that it's made with cottage cheese. So good! It's a keeper recipe for me.  I made it twice and the second time, I sprinkled dark chocolate chips on top along with the coconut and melted them in the oven. YUM!
