The sun is shining....the leaves are falling. It's so beautiful walking at this time of year. This is a photo of the walking trail behind our house, where we start our 1 1/2 hour walk daily. I recently purchased Skecher Shape-Ups and I have to say, they are the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever worn......plus they have the added benefit of toning, improving balance and better posture. These are the ones I have.
How beautiful that picture is. Makes me want to get out and walk.
