Low-Fat Strawberry Cheesecake

I made this recipe which was in my Fresh Juice magazine.  It is so good and healthy.  I'm definitely going to make it again.  I didn't have a spring-form pan so I just used a glass baking dish, which was fine.  I used plain yogurt (not Greek) since that's whrat I had in my fridge.  You can use any flavour yogurt.  I topped it with sugarfree raspberry jam, granola, sliced strawberries, cinnamon and a drizzle of light maple syrup.  Loved it!!
