I found this recipe in my April issue of Chatelaine magazine. I love dumplings and since it was a colder day yesterday, I decided it would be a good day to make it. This is the original recipe:
I changed a few things. I made the dumplings with whole-wheat flour. I also added potatoes. Instead of chicken thighs, I used chicken breasts because that is what I had on hand. Next time I would like to use the thighs. We really enjoyed this recipe.
