Chocolate Lentil Cake

I found this recipe on the Canadian Lentils Website.  

What a good way to add lentils to your diet.  So good!  I love lentils and it's many health benefits such as lowering cholesterol, high in fiber for digestive health, stabilizes your blood sugar, gives you energy, they're a good source of protein plus they don't contain fat yet you can eat them and feel full and satisfied without the guilt.

Here is the recipe that I used.  I added unsweetened coconut to it and only added a few tablespoons of brown sugar.  It's a recipe I definitely will make again.
