Chili Cheese Rice Frittata

1 medium green pepper, julienned
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
5 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Picante sauce or salsa

Saute green peppers and onions.  Remove from heat and stir in rice, cheese, tomato and chilies.
In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, spices and hot pepper sauce.  Stir into rice mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 degree F for 20 to 25 minutes.  Serve with salsa.
