Health Cookies

Now that Fall is here, I'm back into making health cookies. I gave up using recipes. I just fill one big bowl with dry ingredients such as different types of healthy grains, seeds, nuts, whole-wheat flour, etc. In another bowl I mix wet ingredients such as an egg, applesauce, mashed bananas, milk, yougurt, etc. Anything goes depending on your preferences. Mix the wet into the dry adding liquid if required to get the proper consistency. Form into cookies or press into a baking pan for squares. Bake at 350 degrees.
