Polenta Lasagna

I love this recipe.  It is in the latest issue of Chatelaine magazine.  Here is the link:


Easy Polenta Lasagna


I altered it somewhat by using ground turkey rather than ground beef.  I also added green and red peppers along with mushroom and onions to the meat sauce.  I used crushed tomatoes, rather than diced, only because that's what I had on hand.  


I will definitely be making this again.  Easy to make and a nice change from regular lasagna.
