Chicken Fingers

Homemade chicken fingers are very easy and quick to make and a lot healthier than the commercial frozen ones - less salt, less fat.  Just cut your chicken in strips....dip them in a beaten egg or any liquid....coated them in bread crumbs seasoned to your taste (I seasoned mine with smokey of my fav's).  Bake in the oven at 425 degrees, easy, yummy!
