Chicken Fingers

Homemade chicken fingers are very easy and quick to make and a lot healthier than the commercial frozen ones - less salt, less fat.  Just cut your chicken in strips....dip them in a beaten egg or any liquid....coated them in bread crumbs seasoned to your taste (I seasoned mine with smokey paprika...one of my fav's).  Bake in the oven at 425 degrees F....fast, easy, yummy!
