Garlic Bowties and Broccoli Cheese Omelette

After thinking for a while of what to make for supper, I decided on garlic pasta and an omelette.  Quick and easy.

I quickly chopped up one red and one green pepper and an onion using my Vidalia Chop Wizard. It's such a breeze with this chopper.
I added spinach also and lightly fried it with spices....pepper, chili and a bit of low-sodium soy sauce.  Then I quickly minced alot of garlic using my hand blender chopper attachment (another small appliance I can't live without)  Braun MR430HC Multiquick Deluxe Hand Blender & Chopper and lightly browned it on low heat.

I then stirred it into my pot of cooked bowties, stirring in olive oil also.  Then I added the vegetables, one chopped avocado and parmesan cheese with a little more soy sauce and more pepper.  I'm a pepper fanatic.  I love garlic too!
A broccoli cheese omelette went well with the pasta to complete the meal.  (I steamed the broccoli before putting it in the omelette).  My steamer is another favorite appliance of mine!
