Quick Black Bean Vegetable Soup

I felt like having a soup this afternoon but I didn't have any soup broth as a base.  I decided to just throw in a bunch of vegetables in a pot of water, added alot of spices, a can of black beans (drained) and some tiny star noodles.....and I'm surprised on how good it turned out.  For spices I added curry, cumin, black pepper, garlic, celery seeds and a bit of low-sodium soy sauce.

For vegetables, I added 2 carrots, 2 potatoes, 2 stalks of celery, a bunch of kale, spinach, cabbage, 2 onions and 3 cloves of crushed garlic.  Very tasty!
