Whole Wheat Pizza Dough - Bread Machine

1 cup water
2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups whole wheat flour (1 replace 1/4 cup of flour with vital gluten so that the dough stretches easier)
2 tsp. yeast
cornmeal for bottom of pan

This is enough for one pizza.
Bake 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.

Anything goes for toppings.  Here's some pics of mine from last night.  One is with a salsa sauce and chiptole spice and the other is more traditional.
