Italian Orange Twist Cookies

These are so good! My friend's mother gave me some that she made.  What a treat! My Mom used to make them also when she was well...but now she doesn't cook or bake anymore.  It was sure great tasting them again.  She gave me the it is:

(approx 3 dozen)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 3 oranges (grate the rind and squeeze the juice to mix in the batter)
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4 tsp of baking powder
- 4 cups of flour
Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10-15 minutes, lightly brown the bottom, let the cookies cool.
Icing sugar can be added. My mom uses Lantic brand, you just add water to mix the icing.
To shape them, cut crosswise into 1-inch strips. Twist each strip twice to form a spiral.
