Open Faced Salmon Melts

This was our lunch yesterday.  So good, quick, healthy and easy.  I just used one can of salmon and mashed in an avocado, 2 tsp. of dill mustard, 2 crushed garlic cloves, dill and pepper.  No mayo required.  Toast the bread, spread on some mustard if you want, add a leaf of lettuce, top it with the salmon mixture and then cheese.  Broil for a few minutes.  Yummy! Of course, you can use any flavorings you prefer.  Here's a pic of the ones I made.
