This afternoon I made a homemade turkey vegetable soup. It was so good and wholesome tasting. I added curry powder to the soup....about 2 tsp. not to overpower it, but to add a bit of flavour and a nice color to the broth. I was told to do that years ago from a lady I knew and ever since she told me, I do that all the time. I love curry even if it is an over powering flavour and it is very healthy.
I love homemade soups on cold wintery days, like we're having here. Storm warning for tonight.....I'm glad I have some leftovers of the soup for tomorrow lol
