Salmon As a Snack

Yesterday, we were hungry for something mid-afternoon, but wanting to keep it healthy.  I remembered we had a Highliner block of salmon in the freezer in which I defrosted.  The salmon was in pieces (not fillets).  I fried up an onion, green pepper, fresh mushrooms and added the chunked salmon.  I spiced it up with pepper, garlic and a soy-ginger dressing I had and also threw in some sesame seeds.  What a great snack it made! Of course, it can also be a main meal.
