Black sesame seeds have a nice nutty taste and I prefer them over regular sesame seeds in certain recipes. I lightly pan-fried this fish, but it can be baked also. I coated it with a whisked egg/spices, then dipped it into the sesame seeds. It's the first time I used black sesame seeds on fish and will definitely do it again.
