Parmesan Italian Toast

I had a craving for French Toast this afternoon the way my Mom used to make it when I was little.  Everytime I  eat French Toast in a restaurant, it's made with cinnamon and sugar.  I also like that version, but I prefer the non-sweet version that I grew up with.  Being Italian, parmesan cheese is used alot in our recipes.

These were made with 4 eggs, a bit of milk, alot of parsely and alot of parmesan cheese whisked together.  Yum .... my cravings are gone .... for now lol.
