Whole-Wheat Rigatoni Artichoke Salad

This is a cold salad my "unconventional chef" Ger and I made the other day as we were thinking of what to eat.  It's so fun cooking together because we both put our minds to it and it's always different.  Ger made the dressing for this using sour cream, chicken curry paste, a bit of ketchup, pepper .... and not sure what else he added, since I wasn't watching because I was busy cooking the pasta and chopping some vegetables to throw in.  We used canned artichokes.  It sure was good....and of course, fun to make!
