Baked Frittata with Chick Peas

7 eggs, whisked
a bit of milk
parmesan cheese, as desired
grated cheddar cheese
1 can of chick peas (drained)
1/4 cup or so of Bran Buds
chopped onion
baby spinach
crushed garlic
spices as desired ( I added oregano, basil, lots of pepper, paprika, parsley)

Mix all ingredients and pour into baking pan.  Sprinkle with more cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 1/2 hour.
