Personal Pan Pitas

If you want a quick healthy pan pizza, just use a whole-wheat pita and add your toppings.  So good and it takes away your pizza craving in no time.  We made ours last night with onions, mushrooms, red peppers, romano cheese and mozzarella cheese.  Just bake on a pan in oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. and then broil for another 10 minutes or so.  The pitas get crispy very fast so you don't want to over bake them.
