Yogurt Waffle Cups

This is a quick healthy treat my boyfriend and I had the other night.  Very simple and easy and so good. We filled waffle cups with low fat yogurt topped with granola and cashews and drizzled with a bit of light maple syrup.

There's so much you can add inside waffle cups other than ice-cream.

  • a variety of chopped fruits
  • raisins
  • nuts
  • cereals
  • prepared oatmeal
  • chili and cheese
  • scrambled eggs
  • salads
etc.  The list goes on....anything goes.  I especially enjoyed it with apple cinnamon oatmeal.  Eating the bowl was an added bonus.
