Cauliflower Nuggets

I made these last night as a quick healthy snack.  We loved them .... a different way to eat cauliflower.

First I steamed a head of cauliflower for about 5 to 10 minutes to soften it a bit.  Once cooled, I dipped them in a beaten egg and beer mixture.  You can use any liquid.  For the coating, I mixed panko breadcrumbs and whole-wheat breadcrumbs along with spices and parmesan cheese.  Bake at 450 degrees F until they're lightly crispy.  Enjoy!!  Next time, I'll coat them with sesame seeds along with the breadcrumbs.
