Turkey Chickpea Vegetable Curry Soup

I decided to make a soup this afternoon as we still had alot of turkey leftovers.  The broth was made with the cooked turkey bones and alot of vegetables.  I really like adding a beet when I make homemade broth as it adds a nice color and flavor.

With the broth I made this soup which consists of:

2 onions
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
shredded cabbage
2 cubed potatoes
4 cloves of crush garlic
chunks of leftover turkey
one can of chickpeas
lots of black pepper and curry spice

I would of like to add spinach but I didn't have any.  Regardless....it turned out really good.  Here's a pic.
